Download Software Updates for your GPS:

satellitesGPS's are like computers in that, occassionally, their software needs to be updated. Updating software may fix problems that you are experiencing with your GPS, add new functionality, or improve performance. When you turn on your GPS, it will typically display the current version of software that is loaded into the GPS. Compare the version number on your GPS with your vendor's current software version for that particular GPS model.

Radio Frequencies
   
base radioIndividual teams of the Federation may utilize multiple frequencies within their geography to take advantage of existing systems. This is a partial listing of those frequencies and PL tones. Please be advised that most of these frequencies are for monitoring use only unless your organization has authorizations from the radio frequency license holder to utilize their frequencies. Most of this is set up in a county by county format, however some teams cross multiple jurisdictions. Any questions, additions or corrections  please feel free to contact me at the e-mail below. Lastly, a reminder that the NYS FEDERATION has adopted 155.160 with a PL of 131.8 for all Federation Missions.
