Skills	Search Ready K-9's trained in Air Scenting (no scent material required); Cadaver ; Snow Burial (shallow); Building Search. Members have taken the DEC courses and the NASAR Managing the Search Function. Members qualified as Team Leaders (DEC Crew Boss Course) and competent in Land Navigation/Map & Compass. One member is certified by NASAR as SAR Tech II. 3 Amateur Radio Operators.
Equipment	Personal equipment for all weather conditions including tents and snowshoes. Five (5) GPS units.
Radios	Mobiles and portables programmed for 155.160 MHz. Amateur Radio operators plus mobile and hand-held radios
Medical	EMT's, CFR's, and BFA. Medical Bag.
Technical	Team owned inflatable boat w/motor. PFD's;
Maps	MapTech computer maps of all New York State and Pennsylvania. Aerial photography for NYS
