Activation Contact Oswego County 911 Center at (800) 962-4433 or (315) 349-8501.
Skills Two Air Scent K9s, including Cadaver. Three Certified Visual Trackers. Grid teams. Six (6) DEC Team Leaders. Members are DEC trained and competent in Search Procedures, Map & Compass, Land Navigation, and GPS.
Equipment All Equipment necessary to carry out search. String, flagging, flashlights, snow shoes, flares (ground & air). One 12 foot Jon Boat, Polaris 6x6 Ranger ATV, multiple GPS's.
Radios Primary Frequency 155.160Mhz. Twelve (12) handheld multi-channel radios. Four mobile (4) VHF High Band Radios (four EF Johnson Multinet 800Mhz.)  Trailer Communications include high and low band, EF Johnson MultiNet, UHF, 2M and 70cm Amateur, MarineVHF, CB, GPS. .
Medical Three (3) EMT-D's. Most members trained in Wilderness First Aid. One BLS First Aid Field Pack. One Oxygen tank. Two (2) stokes stretcher: wire mesh and fiberglass. Scoop Stretcher, backboards.
Technical Members are trained to Awareness level for tech rescue. Five members certified in Ice Rescue. Access to equipment.
Maps All Topos of Oswego County and most of NYS. Specialized maps of local parks and hunting clubs. MapTech computer USGS Maps.  NYS Orthophotographic maps on CD-Rom.
Additional Team's 7'x14' heated communications and command trailer. 1KW and 5KW Generators. Crew Cab GMC Sierra, 4WD with cap.
