| Skills |
Most members are NY State Military Search & Rescue certified. Several are NYS DEC Basic Wildlands SAR. Five (5) SAR Tech III's,
four (4) SARTech II. Most have completed FEMA basic ICS100, some ICS200.
Competent in all search types. Certified in Technical (high angle) Rescue. One FEMA trained and certified K9.

One (1) Emergency Response vehicle and trailer with technical (high angle) equipment.
One 28 foot trailer with generators, light sets, VHF / UHF radios and antennas. One 10 foot inflatable boat.
NASAR standard field packs. All members are 72 hours self sustaining

| Radios |
20 programmable VHF portables, most are 155.160 Mhz. Five (5) 50 watt mobile radios.
Mobile VHF repeater, (3) 30 foot antenna masts; one 80 foot mast. 5 members are HAM radio operators.

| Medical |
9 EMT-D's (two U.S. Army medics), 1 CFR, 2 Nurses, 2 BLS kits, 2 Oxygen tanks.
All members have FA and CPR. |
| Technical |
Numerous GPS units available. Technical (high angle) Rescue, Ice Rescue, Water Rescue.
Most members are Police, Fire, EMS or Military and bring countless years of Emergency Services experience.
Includes State Military Search & Rescue Instructors, State Fire Academy Technical Rescue Instructor,
Certified K9 instructor, U.S. Army Combat Life Saver Instructor and Post Traumatic Stress Debriefers. |

Four computerized moving map displays, several state topo atlases, most USGS maps for covered areas,
MapTech® and TOPO!® software for New York State and adjoining states. |
